All stories appearing in the Winnipeg Free Press since February 1, 2007 are available using the Search window on any page. Enter a key word or phrase in the text window and click on the "Search" button.
For example, if you are looking for a story mentioning Premier Gary Doer, enter 'doer,' 'Doer' or 'DOER' (the search is not case-sensitive). Hint: You will get more accurate results on proper names if you use both names as a phrase, such as 'Gary Doer'. Otherwise, your results could include (for our example) 'Doer government' or even 'Doerkson'.
If you want to narrow your search to a specific section, use Advanced Search, available by clicking on the link below the search area.
Again, enter a key word or phase in the text window and choose a section or category. You may also choose different options as to how search results will be displayed.
