    CALGARY - Enbridge Inc. (TSX:ENB), a major pipeline and energy services company, has managed to raise $500 million by issuing corporate debt in a tough credit environment, which the chief executive says will be used to finance a raft of growth projects. The Calgary-based company said Thursday its wholly owned subsidiary Enbridge Pipelines Inc. has completed an issue of $300 million worth of 10-year bonds.
